As a Security Officer - Armed Foot Patrol in Neenah, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location where you will conduct visible, armed patrols and drive between key areas to help to deter security-related incidents. You will monitor activity, complete routine rounds, document observations, and communicate clearly with onsite teams and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the manufacturing location, including production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting law enforcement and/or emergency services when appropriate and within post orders.
• Control access at designated entrances, verify identification and/or credentials, and monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic, including support for shipping and receiving operations as assigned.
• Complete detailed security-related reports and logs, communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision, and assist with asset protection activities such as employee and/or contractor escorts when requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
