Job Description * Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner while delivering excellent customer service * Schedule customer appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership information * Handle 30-40 inbound calls per shift, assisting with questions on recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting malfunctioning radio codes * Capture customer concerns and accurately document calls to create cases * Provide detailed claim information and support to customers with accuracy and professionalism * Demonstrate technical proficiency in call center software and tools to manage customer interactions and data * Consistently meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and claim resolution rates * Utilize multiple screens, software programs, and processes to assist customers effectively Skills * Call Center Operations * Customer Service * Computer Navigation * Outbound Communication Additional Skills & Qualifications * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens, tabs, and software applications * Previous customer service experience required * Good decision-making skills with minimal supervision * Automotive or dealership experience is a plus (preferred but not required) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chino, CA.
