*Description*
The Service Desk Team Lead plays a critical role in supporting Endpoint Security Management program. This 2-year limited-term position is primarily focused on leading asset remediation efforts to strengthen endpoint security. The Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating on-site remediation activities, leading the design and rollout of dashboards to monitor and report progress, and communicating updates with campus leadership to ensure alignment and transparency. In addition to remediation leadership, the Team Lead will oversee the scheduling and rotation of Service Desk staff (including Temp-on-call (TOC), full-time employees (FTE), and satellite locations) and maintain a culture of excellent customer service. This role ensures the Service Desk continues to deliver consistent, reliable, and high-quality support while advancing critical security initiatives. *Skills* Service desk, Help desk support, Troubleshooting, Customer service *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Key Responsibilities Administrative & Tactical Duties (50%) - Coordinate on-site remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of endpoint security vulnerabilities. - Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of dashboards to provide visibility into remediation progress and compliance. - Partner with campus teams and technical staff to align remediation workflows with established security standards and requirements. - Collect, analyze, and report data to campus leadership to ensure transparency, track outcomes, and drive informed decision-making. Leadership & Team Management (50%) - Supervise, schedule, and coordinate TOC staff assignments, including frontline, backline, and satellite locations. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to TOC employees, supporting professional growth and alignment with Service Desk expectations. - Monitor daily operations to ensure coverage, responsiveness, and high-quality customer service. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of South Bend, IN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
