The Senior Lead, Creative Content Production is responsible for ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling storytelling across all creative outputs at Leidos. This role translates marketing strategy and business priorities into actionable narratives, scripts, and messaging frameworks that guide video, graphic, interactive, and experiential work.

This position serves as the central narrative authority within the Creative Studio, ensuring alignment to brand, tone, and messaging while enabling teams to execute efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own narrative and messaging alignment across:
    • Video productions and scripts
    • Interactive and experiential experiences
    • Campaigns and advertising
    • Trade show and event storytelling
  • Translate marketing strategy, growth priorities, and campaign goals into:
    • Narrative frameworks
    • Messaging hierarchies
    • Story arcs and content outlines
  • Write or oversee development of:
    • Video scripts and voiceover copy
    • Core asset messaging
    • Experience-level content and storytelling structures
  • Serve as the primary content partner to:
    • Marketing and Growth teams
    • Experience Design and Interactive teams
    • Video and Graphic Design teams
  • Review creative deliverables to ensure:
    • Brand voice and tone consistency
    • Message clarity and accuracy
    • Strategic alignment with business objectives
  • Provide creative guidance and editorial feedback to designers, producers, and writers
  • Mentor copywriters and contribute to content standards and best practices
  • Support executive-level communications and high-visibility initiatives

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. Typically requires 12+ years relevant experience but for this role candidates must possess 10+ years of experience in content development, creative production, or storytelling roles. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
  • Strong background in:
    • Narrative development
    • Scriptwriting
    • Campaign messaging
    • Content strategy for complex organizations
  • Proven experience translating marketing direction into creative execution
  • Experience collaborating with:
    • Designers
    • Video producers
    • UX / experience designers
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
  • Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B, technology, or related industries
  • Experience supporting executive communications
  • Familiarity with brand governance and compliance-driven environments
  • Understanding of experiential or interactive storytelling

Pay Range:Pay Range $105,300.00 - $190,350.00
