Nursing Assistant Neuro/Ortho Unit Part-Time Days 7A-7P

Summary

Job Description:

12 hour shifts, 7 am

Part Time 24 hours weekly

Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.

Essential Duties:

• Personal hygiene

• Routine vital signs

• Routine care

• Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice

Preferred Requirements:

• 1 year of experience

• Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program

• If not certified (SRNA) then at least 1 year experience in the field
