Position Overview:

The Customer Account Representative will provide customer service functions for sales reps, physicians and hospitals with an emphasis on an assigned region.

Responsibilities:

• Process orders and requests for tissues for assigned region
• Address customer inquiries and provide information about Artivion's services, products, and ordering processes
• Create new customer accounts, maintain existing accounts, and implement changes to accounts in SAP
• Initiate customer returns and credits and assist the sales rep in resolving account issues
• Process orders in GHX system
• Create Priority Cardiac Report
• Maintain backorder report
• Process cycle counts for sterile samples and consignment inventory

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Available to participate in the Customer Service on call rotation
• High School diploma required, college degree preferred
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:30AM.
• Must be comfortable commuting to our Kennesaw HQ for trainings or as needed.
