Your role
You will work on the below projects: Website Management
- Audit web pages for outdated content and suggest updates.
- Upload and format new content (text, images, videos) using our CMS.
- Check for broken links, inconsistencies, or errors across the site.
- Assist in creating or updating landing pages for campaigns or events.
Organic Social Media
- Draft and schedule posts for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Brainstorm and create engaging visuals in Canva.
- Track organic social media performance and create reports with key metrics.
- Research trending topics or hashtags to improve post engagement.
SEO
- Perform keyword research for blog topics or web pages using tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush.
- Optimize meta descriptions, alt text, and headers on website pages.
- Track keyword rankings and prepare monthly SEO reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve content for featured snippets or search rankings.
Newsletters
- Write and proofread newsletter content, including headlines and CTAs.
- A/B test subject lines or layouts to improve engagement.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and other metrics, and suggest optimizations.
Blogs
- Research industry trends and topics for potential blog content.
- Draft or edit blog posts, ensuring they follow brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Source images and create feature graphics using Canva.
- Format and publish blogs on the website.
- Track performance metrics like views, bounce rates, and time on page.
Email Campaigns
- Assist in drafting and designing email campaigns.
- Test emails across platforms to ensure proper formatting.
- Create email sequences for lead nurturing or event follow-ups.
- Segment email lists and maintain list cleanliness.
- Analyze campaign results, focusing on open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

- Undergraduate or Graduate student majoring in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
- Extensive knowledge of social media, specifically bringing fun content ideas to the table.
- Driven and hard-working
- Ability to take direction and multi-task
- PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience a plus

Job location
Hybrid This role is hybrid. You will report to the main office in Rock Hill, SC and be remote Monday and Friday.
