SBA 504 Loan Packager

We're an SBA Preferred Lender....and we're hiring!

As a full-time SBA 504 Loan Packager, you'll help keep our well-oiled SBA Preferred Lender Program running smoothly. Your focus will be on the preparation of all necessary documentation to prepare 504 loan submissions for closing, as well as recognize and proactively resolve problems in the closing process. This position will work closely with the 504 team, attorneys and other third-parties throughout the closing process, working to obtain and verify the accuracy of loan documentation and ensure that loan requests meet all SBA procedures and guidelines to ensure timely closing.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday - Friday, with working hours that are flexible but normally range between 8-5 in your given time zone.

Location: Onsite at our Corporate office in Oconomowoc, WI. We are also considering remote candidates (preferably in a Pacific or Mountain time zone).

Training: Remote and onsite training is available

What you will need:

• Previous commercial loan processing and/or packaging experience
• SBA loan documentation experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• High School Diploma or equivalent

A Day in the Life:

• Collects, prepares, assembles and verifies accuracy of all necessary documentation to package 504 loan submissions in required SBA format.
• Verifies loan documents are prepared with proper signatures, dates and other relevant data.
• Orders and verifies all reports as appropriate and necessary prior to closing.
• Follows-up with applicants to verify information as needed.
• Ensures the loan requests meet all related compliance and guidelines prior to closing, including but not limited to: SBA standard operating procedures, internal Bank processes, and State and Federal guidelines.
• Provides distinctive customer service to internal and external customers by responding to phone calls/email inquiries regarding commercial loan processing in a friendly, professional manner.
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate
