Job DescriptionThe Global Pricing Strategy team at Visa is responsible for managing pricing with the objective of driving revenue growth of Visa's network and adoption of value-added services globally. Pricing is a critical lever in driving revenue objectives and is central to Visa's business. The Pricing Strategy team provides pricing expertise and collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Client Services, Finance, Legal and more. We are a small but impactful team which works with leaders and executives to design pricing solutions and drive revenue growth. The Director of Pricing Strategy will lead and execute US deal strategy, initiatives related to Visa's North America pricing objectives and broader corporate goals. You will be responsible for development of pricing frameworks to support our business on the most strategic deals. This position requires strong thought leadership, analytical skills,and the ability to solve a range of business problems. A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, who excels at quickly grasping and clearly communicating complex topics with variety of cross-functional stakeholders and teams. This role will report to the Senior Director, Global Pricing Strategy and will be based at Visa's offices in San Francisco, California or Foster City, California. Specific responsibilities include:
Specific projects will vary greatly in sponsor, business or strategic focus, depth, and stakeholder served, ranging from broad coordination efforts across multiple countries and/or functional areas to focused special assignments for senior management that are of particular high strategic importance to Visa Inc. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
