Job Description

The Partnership Services Intern supports the Sponsorship Department by assisting with partnership activation, game-day execution, event coordination, and client service. This role provides hands-on experience in sports marketing, partnership fulfillment, and engagement. The intern will contribute to market research, develop best practices insights, assist with creative partner programs, and provide administrative support to ensure successful execution of all partnership deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.

    Assist the Partnership Department with activations, in-game operations, client events, and market research to fulfill contractual obligations and assist in growing and strengthening Partnership relationships.
  • Coordinate and execute VIP experiences, such as ceremonial first pitches, pre-game ceremonies and in-game promotions along with the promotions department.
  • Organize and facilitate event logistics and client communication in the planning and execution of special events and partnership activations occurring during games and on non-game days.
  • Conduct market research and present case studies for best-in-class promotions, partner-related activation programs and category growth across new and existing partnerships.
  • Assist in the brainstorming and coordination of various marketing programs for Warbirds Theme and Community Nights.
  • Plan and execute client-specific programs, such as ticket voucher promotions, community drives, and rewards programs, and any other partner related initiatives.
  • Coordinate mascot appearances for partner engagements and events.
  • Collect and organize partner photo assets throughout the season by coordinating content capture lists, tagging photos, and categorizing for use in end-of-season recaps and proof of performance
  • Assist with the creation of client partnership proposals and recaps. Using DigiDeck presentation platform.
  • Assist with photo capture of partner signage, activations, and events.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of game day materials, memorabilia and gifting items for Partnership Department.
  • Provide administrative support to Partnership Sales & Activation as
  • Assist with field tarp duties as necessary.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Strong communication, writing, analytical, and organizational

Education and/or Experience

Currently enrolled or recent graduate from an accredited college or university pursuing a Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Sports Marketing/Administration, Marketing, or Marketing Research degree.

Work Hours

Business hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5pm, however, additional hours may be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays. Hours vary according to the game and event schedule.
