Where you'll be:

This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

Electrolux is seeking a Product Line Coordinator, Consumables & Accessories to support category growth efforts with a primary focus on our Filtration category- which includes products such as refrigerator water filters and air filters. This role will be instrumental in monitoring ecommerce for identification and resolution of suspected counterfeit products. This role will also serve as subject matter expert, supporting the product line with critical insights, competitive analysis and category/product trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace monitoring- Proactively monitor major Ecommerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, eBay)

• Maintain and enhance marketplace tracking database

• Sample management- Lead the end-to-end process of ordering, documenting, and tracking suspected counterfeit products, aligned with priorities from Product Line and Legal

• Product Review Coordination- Facilitate product authenticity reviews by coordinating efforts between Product Line and Legal

• Competitive Intelligence-Serve as subject matter expert on filter seller behavior and trends, providing actionable insights to inform enforcement strategies and business decisions

• Support product managers with competitive analysis for key initiatives across the C&A business

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience

• Demonstrated cross functional communication skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• General understanding and comfort with navigation of ecommerce retailer sites

• Aptitude for excel and database management

• Strong organization skills

• Focused attention to detail
