We are looking for Workiva Financial Reporting Delivery Lead to join our rapidly growing national Workiva practice. This dynamic team is a part of our overall Finance Automation solution focused on "modernizing the office of the CFO." This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity within the security of a well-established firm. This position will be directly involved with relationship management and client projects.

As a Workiva Financial Reporting Delivery Lead, you will be able to draw from your experience and knowledge to help clients improve their business by providing services such as Workiva Implementations, Optimizations, Data Integration, and overall reporting process transformation, etc. This practice line is exciting, growing and offers tremendous career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with clients/prospects and collaborate with Workiva Account Executives to scope, price, and secure Workiva Financial Reporting implementation projects.

  • Lead teams of junior implementation specialists through all phases of delivery-including project kick-off, solution design, deployment, user training, and post-implementation support.

  • Train and advise clients on best practices for leveraging Workiva's financial reporting solutions, tailoring approaches to fit each client's unique requirements.

  • Collaborate with technical and industry specialists to develop and deploy customized solutions within the Workiva platform, with a focus on financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization.

  • Work with the Workiva Practice Lead and Financial Reporting Lead to refine and execute go-to-market strategies for financial reporting projects.

  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and standardization of delivery tools and processes.

  • Apply rigorous process analysis and optimization, thorough documentation, project management expertise, and a collaborative team approach to all client engagements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of previous consulting experience focused on implementing Workiva solutions at a Consulting or Professional Services firm

  • Experience participating in sales and scoping as a Subject Matter Expert to help architect solutions and scope delivery needs

  • Understanding and demonstrated experience working with multiple clients

  • Demonstrated project management skills with an ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

  • Experience in process improvement, technology implementations, and data integration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational of professional background in Finance or Accounting

  • Ability to anticipate and address client concerns and issues

  • Strong finance/accounting skills and knowledge

  • Ability to break complex issues into project steps and problem solve

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong data assimilation and organization skills

  • Strong self-direction and team working skills

  • Experience with AI, Prompt Engineering

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
