Entry-Level Recruiting Specialist Essential Functions
Entry-Level Recruiting & On-Campus Programs
*
Manage all aspects of on-campus recruitment: OCI registration, resume screening, interview scheduling, callbacks, offer dinners, job fairs, and campus outreach.
* Build strong relationships with law school career services and coordinate outreach initiatives. * Organize and participate in Hiring Committee meetings, discussions, and offer decisions. * Act as liaison between the firm and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. * Analyze recruiting trends and implement strategies to source top talent. Summer Associate Program
*
Oversee onboarding, training, social events, assignments, and evaluations for summer associates.
* Maintain consistent communication with summer associates regarding program details, housing, and logistics. * Ensure the program delivers a high-quality and engaging experience. * Support Recruiting Committee in offer decisions and feedback processes. Judicial Clerk Hiring
*
Coordinate recruitment for judicial clerks, including outreach, scheduling, and candidate communications.
* Maintain relationships with former clerks to build a strong candidate pipeline. * Organize clerk-focused recruiting events, panels, and networking initiatives. Associate Placement & Onboarding
*
Maintain communication with prior summer associates transitioning to full-time roles.
* Coordinate practice group placement with practice group leaders. * Serve as primary contact for incoming associates on placement, bar admission, relocation, and start dates. * Partner with onboarding staff to ensure smooth integration. Program Analysis & Process Improvement

Conduct year-end reporting and analyze recruiting data (yields, ROI, summer program outcomes).
* Present recommendations to leadership for improving recruitment strategies. * Maintain records and refine technology tools to support recruiting goals. Non-Essential Functions

Conduct competitive market research and maintain industry data.
* Represent the firm at events, conferences, and law school programs. * Support associate integration and engagement through events and initiatives. * Respond to firm-related communications outside of standard business hours when necessary. Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
* Minimum 3 years of law firm recruiting experience. * Strong communication skills (written and verbal). * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. * Flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment. * Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. . Professional office setting with occasional remote work possible.
* Requires use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, filing systems). * Must be able to multi-task and work under deadlines in a dynamic environment. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. The actual base salary offered will be dependent upon the applicant's experience and qualifications, as well as other job-related factors, including but not limited to, relevant skills, education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, geographic location.
