Salary:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $19.00 - $21.50 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Work Schedule

This position is for 3rd Shift, with working hours from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required to support production needs, including occasional overtime.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Production Operator at FUCHS, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality products that keep industries moving. You'll work in a safety-first, team-oriented environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly matter. Key responsibilities include:

• Always wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to retrieve and move packaging materials.
• Label and fill packaging items in compliance with company, DOT, and OSHA standards.
• Accurately measure and weigh chemicals into designated containers, following detailed instructions.
• Scan packaging items, load trucks, and manage inventory using company systems.
• Complete batch tickets and manufacturing logs to ensure full compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.
• Support other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing work instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Good judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Willingness to operate a sit-down forklift (training provided).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, from hot to cold.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
