Posting Date 01/23/2026 7360 Engle Rd, Middleburg Heights, Ohio, 44130-3429, United States of AmericaThis position will be responsible for supporting new programs and processes to enhance DaVita IKC's Risk Adjustment activities. The Risk Adjustment Business Sr. Analyst supports key initiatives within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care related to the development and operation of programs to support the advancement of the model of care. The Analyst will support the development of innovative models, educational materials, and business process analysis across several different models of care lanes, including telehealth delivery, reporting, and analytics. In addition, this position works effectively across multiple functional areas to drive team efforts toward common goals related to integrated care programs. The analyst should demonstrate a proven ability to creatively problem solve, examine, and translate data into meaningful business insights to support these programs. The analyst will also assist in the creation and management of datasets and demonstrate a proven ability to analyze and translate data. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
