You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Sibley Memorial Hospital | Your benefits virtually (mybenefitsjhhs.com) Summary: The Sibley Senior Association Program Specialist Senior is responsible for effective program management for the Sibley Senior Association and ensures diversified program, administrative, clerical and secretarial functions are completed. Also responsible for ensuring Community Benefit data for entire hospital is documented and reported. The Sibley Senior Association Program Specialist Senior oversees daily SSA office operations and ensures a welcoming, high-quality experience for members and visitors while leading and supervising staff and volunteers. This role manages membership services, including registration, retention, billing, and database integrity; develops new member benefits; and serves as an ambassador to grow membership and strengthen internal and community partnerships. Responsibilities also include planning, promoting, and executing educational programs, special events, and field trips; overseeing communications such as newsletters, website content, and promotional materials; coordinating marketing and outreach efforts; managing contracts, vendors, space, supplies, and financial processes; evaluating program effectiveness for continuous improvement; and supporting community health initiatives and reporting in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams. Minimum Education and Experience:
Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
