Overview

This is an full-time, hybrid or remote career opportunity.

This role will lead the execution of syndicated credit facilities within Fulton Bank's Corporate Commercial and Industrial ("C&I") vertical, with the ability to flex into Commercial Real Estate ("CRE") and other sectors as needed. This role will focus on deal marketing, investor outreach, and transaction management, supporting both sell-side and buy-side syndication strategies. This position requires a versatile professional who can contribute across multiple areas of the Capital Markets Group as the platform evolves. In addition to C&I syndications, the role may be called upon to support CRE transactions, sponsor finance, and other strategic initiatives as Fulton expands its syndication capabilities.



Responsibilities

    Lead marketing and distribution of syndicated C&I transactions to participant banks and institutional investors.
  • Create investor pitchbooks and offering materials to support deal execution and market engagement.
  • Manage investor relationships, allocations, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with RMs and Credit to structure marketable deals aligned with investor appetite.
  • Oversee documentation and closing logistics, ensuring Loan Syndications and Trading Association ("LSTA") standards and execution quality.
  • Flex into CRE and Healthcare as necessary and support new areas of the Capital Markets Group as they evolve, such as sponsor finance and other strategic verticals aligned with Fulton's growth.
  • Track pipeline, investor preferences, market trends and monitor the C&I portfolio management to ensure compliance.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Finance, Business, Economics or related field. (Required)

Experience

7 or more years Syndicated lending experience with a focus on C&I transactions. (Required)

Strong background in deal marketing, investor engagement, and transaction execution. (Required)

Sponsor finance experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Deep understanding of syndicated loan structures and LSTA documentation. (Required)
  • Strong network across participant banks and institutional investors. (Required)
  • Ability to lead deal marketing and investor outreach. (Required)
  • Familiarity with sponsor-backed deal structures and underwriting. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with trade desk operations, secondary loan trading, and market pricing dynamics. (Preferred)

Pay Transparency

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $124,400.00 - $207,300.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
