The Operations Logistics Coordinator provides operations support in key identified areas, as well as provides assistance to the Director of Fleet and Distribution.
  • On Board Computer (OBC) Coordinator

  • Oversees rollout and implementation of the OBC to regional fleet vehicles.

  • Subject matter expert on OBC system / software.

  • Runs KPI reports and track performance and field communication.

  • Runs all end of month operations reporting and new report generation, including fleet reports.

  • Assists manager in critical areas for vacation coverage.

  • Creates CAPEX for operation's capital expense projects.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational / management support role.

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and without supervision.

  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to apply complex/multiple data sources to problem-solve.

  • Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast- paced and deadline-oriented environment.

  • Possesses a critical eye for detail.

  • Interpersonal skills with ability to deal with difficult situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrates a clear and effective speaking manner for the purpose of explaining information to management, field and branch personnel, as well as, vendors, suppliers and customers.

  • Math skills to include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related area of study preferred.

  • Familiarity with SAP highly desirable.
