Your Responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Proposal Coordinator:



  • Work alongsideourQuincy-based Marketing Manager in pursuit of new work, with an emphasis onprojects in the northeastern United States.
  • Assistwith the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications andhelp withgo/no-go discussions
  • Lead proposal plan preparation and drive proposal kick-off discussions
  • Develop compelling firm qualifications, proposals, and presentation materialsin support of Apex's business initiatives. Includeslayout, writing, and coordination.
  • Assistwith the writing, cataloging, and updating of projectmaterials, such asprofiles, team resumes, and client references.
  • Produce proposals in person, as needed, from either the Quincy, MA or Woburn, MA office
  • Travel to client locations to deliver proposals,as needed.
  • Supportspecialeventsand trade shows,on occasion.
  • Performtasks to ensure the quality of Marketing materials, such as proofreading, aesthetics, and compliance reviews.
  • Update theclientrelationship management (CRM) systemand related databases.
  • Fulfill otherMarketingtasks as needed.


What we're looking for:



  • Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketer in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry or other professional services fields.
  • Proficiencyin AdobeInDesignandMicrosoft Office.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent writing and copyediting capabilities
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles
  • Highly motivated, willing to be part of our Apex team and enhance our marketing efforts
  • Ability totravel to theoffice inWoburn, MA, or Quincy, MA, for proposal production, and to client locations for proposal delivery.
  • Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion.
  • Valid driver's license, safe drivinghistoryand reliable transportation.
  • Sponsorshipis not availablefor this position now or in the future.

Annual Expected Pay Range
$75,000 $95,000 USD
