Job Description

What is the opportunity?

This individual will work directly with Business Services team members to perform ongoing processes that directly impact the Financial Advisor, Client Associate and employee experience. The role will help support and manage the firm's titles, designations, and industry award processes. The role also supports ad-hoc business services including form updating and client mailings.

What will you do?

What do you need to succeed?

  • Manage the PCG stationery mailbox, serving as a point of contact for the field and teams by responding to inquiries related to business cards, stationery and team-related requests and providing guidance in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
  • Support PCG branches requests to order stationery and business cards through first level review and escalation of unusual items; ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures
  • Maintain the internal database of advisor and team credentials for use in various marketing programs
  • Manage and review requests for new team names and designations in compliance with firm policies and procedures
  • Support the Industry Award process for Financial Advisors by validating key information and creating and managing database of awards
  • Update forms utilize adobe InDesign based on business needs
  • Support processes managed by the Business services team

Must-have

  • College Degree
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience working in an office environment
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office)

Nice-to-have

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong service mentality; able to work effectively with others in a pleasant, professional manner
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet prescribed deadlines
  • Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision

The expected salary range for this particular position is $55,000-$95,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.

You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
