Our client is looking for an Influencer/Affiliate Coordinator

to join their team!

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) role and is fully remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute day-to-day operations for Influencer, UGC, and Affiliate programs, ensuring consistent, on-time delivery across overlapping initiatives

- Support affiliate growth and activation by managing onboarding, applications, tracking links, discount codes, commission structures, and promotional calendars

- Serve as a primary operational point of contact for affiliates and creators, delivering clear communication and responsive support

- Coordinate influencer and creator campaigns end-to-end, including outreach logistics, briefing, gifting, content tracking, approvals, and usage rights management

- Partner cross-functionally to ensure creator content is amplified, archived, and leveraged effectively across paid, social, PR, and ecommerce channels

- Own weekly and monthly reporting across platforms, tracking KPIs such as revenue, traffic, conversion, and content output while flagging trends and opportunities

- Maintain best-in-class operational rigor through organized trackers, calendars, documentation, and continuous process improvement

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting influencer marketing, affiliate programs, UGC, or social commerce, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands

- Demonstrated expertise working with affiliate platforms, creator management tools, performance dashboards, and advanced spreadsheets

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to over-communicate proactively and navigate complex or time-sensitive situations

- Working knowledge of content usage rights, whitelisting, FTC compliance, and paid amplification best practices

- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, paid media, and brand teams to support integrated campaign execution

- A process-driven, detail-oriented mindset with a high bar for accuracy, follow-through, and brand consistency

The salary for this direct hire role is $80,000/year. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain requirements.
