CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I - Water/Wastewater to join our PMCM Team at a client site in Orlando, FL, where you'll partner closely with market teams, technical experts, and clients to oversee project scope, schedules, and deliverables. This is an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful part in delivering high quality results that move communities forward.



What You'll Do:

    Manage projects from development of project proposals through completion
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contact
  • Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors
  • Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations
  • Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan
  • Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management or related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required
  • Water/wastewater or municipality utility experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software required
  • High attention to detail, organizational strength, and comfort working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Motivated self-starter who works well independently and supports management
  • Adaptable, calm under pressure, and skilled in problem-solving and collaboration

Salary Range:

$94,000 - $111,500

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
