Job Title: Corporate Relationship Specialist (Service)

Job Summary: The Corporate Relationship Specialist oversees a designated portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring service execution, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. You will strengthen customer partnerships, drives strategic account growth, and serve as an important escalation point for service-related concerns. The Corporate Relationship Specialist collaborates with the Corporate Account Operations Specialist and regional/local operations teams to ensure accounts are completed observing contract requirements and company standards.

Essential Functions:



  • Oversee approximately $25 million to $50 million in current corporate account customers as assigned by the Corporate Business Development Manager.
  • Build strategy of each corporate account for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with our goals for growth, profitability, and service excellence.
  • Increase revenue through:

    1. Expansion into new customer locations.
    2. Upselling and introducing new products and solutions.
    3. Managing annual price increases, renegotiations, and contract renewals.


  • Partner with local and regional managers to ensure operational support.
  • Ensure service execution for selected strategic accounts.
  • Facilitate engagement between local branch management and customer operations teams to ensure local alignment and support.
  • Assess the financial and operational impacts of and provide reporting to management on:

    1. Pricing adjustments.
    2. Textile inventory changes.
    3. Other factors that materially affect account profitability or service execution.


  • Together with management, forecast and develop annual account budgets, including:

    1. Expected quits or reductions.
    2. Contracted price increases or decreases.
    3. Rebates, incentives, or other financial adjustments influencing branch revenue.


  • The Corporate Account Operations Specialist and you work together to ensure that you onboard all new corporate accounts and align them with contractual requirements and customer expectations. You will also partner with them to:

    1. Ensure that we implement each account exactly as contracted, including pricing accuracy, service levels, product specifications, and delivery schedules.
    2. Maintain accurate, organized records of all contract-related documentation.
    3. Support price management, renewal preparation, and long-term contract maintenance.




Additional Functions:



  • Strengthen customer relationships by promoting partnerships.
  • Maintain relationships with daily customer decision-makers.
  • Enhance long-term customer partnerships by ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as an escalation point for service issues or major concerns within strategic accounts.
  • Integrate other customer relationships to help build multi-level relationships among customers.
  • Provide service leadership and oversight for assigned accounts while working with the Corporate Account Operations Specialist for operational and administrative support during onboarding and ongoing maintenance processes.


Qualifications:



  • Ability to manage complex customer portfolios with multiple partners and locations.
  • Understanding of contract management, pricing structures, renewals, and profitability analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with operations, sales, and leadership teams to provide service excellence.
  • Analytical and financial knowledge with the ability to assess account performance, margins, and operational impacts.


Education Requirements: We will consider a combination of education and experience.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.

Physical Requirements:


  • Physical Demands/Requirements consist of standing, sitting, walking, stooping, reaching overhead, grasping, seeing, reading, speaking, hearing, and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs.

Environmental Conditions:


  • Indoor office environment.

Travel Requirements:


  • Travel up to 25%.
