Job Title: Corporate Relationship Specialist (Service) Classification: Exempt Revised date: 1/19/2026 Job Summary: The Corporate Relationship Specialist oversees a designated portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring service execution, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. You will strengthen customer partnerships, drives strategic account growth, and serve as an important escalation point for service-related concerns. The Corporate Relationship Specialist collaborates with the Corporate Account Operations Specialist and regional/local operations teams to ensure accounts are completed observing contract requirements and company standards.
