Pay Range: $58,000 - $82,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):



  • As a valued member of the IT Program Management Office (PMO), oversee projects and support project managers on large, active projects including, but not limited to, project planning and reporting, test coordination, communication, training planning, and project documentation and closure activities.
  • Oversee the IT PMO portal including process documentation, templates, enterprise resource planning, and improvements backlog along with Technology Steering Committee communication, documentation, and updates.
  • Manage content for the TSI IT portal and Newsletter, communicate announcements, and assist with overall IT administrative oversight and event planning.
  • Oversee and guide IT contracts through the approval process and expedite where necessary; collaborate with vendors, legal, and IT leaders. Work to continuously improve IT contracts and invoice processes.
  • Oversee and guide IT invoices through the receipt and approval process; collaborate with vendors, accounts payable, and IT leaders. Follow up on invoice questions or issues and maintain automation, reporting, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):



  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in contracts management and invoice processing and an understanding of accounts payable processes is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of industry-standard project management methodologies and terminology.
  • Experience with web content creation is preferred.
  • Expert in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Basware, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, DevOps, SharePoint, Sway, Visio, MS Project a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
