What this job involves: The Experience Services Receptionist drives exceptional client and visitor experiences by delivering welcoming, professional, and personable assistance to all guests and customers. This front-facing position offers the perfect opportunity to leverage your service expertise, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and dedication to fostering a hospitality-centered workplace culture.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

* Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations

* Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a way that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful and timely manner

* Act as a central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services, and activities

* Actively monitor and maintain the front desk, lobby, and surroundings to ensure an environment that is safe, clean, organized, and reflects brand standards * Execute the badging process for employees, visitors, and third-party providers (optional)

* Partner with facility services and management teams to maintain a safe, comfortable environment while proactively coordinating meetings, events, and daily operations

* Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through the appropriate channels/systems

* Connect with clients, customers, and support teams to proactively anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative solutions

* Perform ad hoc assignments and administrative support for seamless and timely delivery of services

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

* Minimum 1-2 years of previous customer service, security, or hospitality-related experience

* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English required for professional spoken and written communication

* Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring consistent and elevated guest experiences and accuracy

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

* Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as carrying small packages

Preferred:

* Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating exceptional experiences for others

* Demonstrated confidence, professionalism, and responsiveness in customer service situations

* Experience identifying potential risks and escalating appropriately to prevent security incidents or operational disruptions
