• Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.

• Hospital Admissions.

• Must be a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ACNP preferred).

• Must have current, active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in California.

• Will only be supporting Desert Valley Hospital.

• Work Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts per week (6AM to 6PM) - preferably, Thursday to Saturday with occasional Sundays.

• The hourly salary is $75 to $95 and will depend on years of experience.

• Position in Victorville, CA - around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA

• Other benefits include sign-on bonus, PTOs, medical, dental and vision insurance.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $75-$95 hourly. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
