Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to join our security business unit.

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for leading Pavion's installation and project execution operations across Georgia and Alabama, with a focus on local and enterprise customers within the region, to include select data center customers.

This role oversees regional project delivery, field operations, safety, and operational performance while partnering closely with Pavion's Service Delivery team to ensure a seamless customer experience from project completion through ongoing support. The Operations Manager partners with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Service leadership to align execution, standards, and customer expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Regional Operational Leadership



  • Provide daytoday and strategic leadership for Pavion's installation and project operations across Georgia & Alabama
  • Oversee field operations, project execution, staffing, and operational performance
  • Ensure alignment with Pavion's national operational standards and enterprise delivery model
  • Support projectdriven growth across mediumtolarge enterprise accounts


Enterprise & Data Center Project Execution



  • Oversee delivery of medium to large enterprise projects, including:
  • Corporate campuses and headquarters
  • Healthcare systems and hospitals
  • Higher education institutions
  • Government and municipal facilities
  • Large commercial and industrial campuses
  • Support data center projects as part of the branch portfolio, including phased work in live environments and large-scale construction projects
  • Ensure projects meet contractual scope, schedule, quality, security, and financial requirements
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex project execution issues


Field & Leadership Management



  • Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors, and Field Technicians
  • Ensure effective workforce planning, scheduling, and utilization across the region
  • Build a strong leadership bench through mentoring, performance management, and training
  • Drive accountability through standard KPIs, operational reviews, and scorecards
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize a robust subcontractor network across the region, including identifying qualified partners, negotiating pricing agreements, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering long-term relationships to support operational efficiency and strategic growth.


Safety, Compliance & Risk Management



  • Champion Pavion's safety culture across all job sites and field operations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and customer safety requirements
  • Maintain licensing, certifications, and training standards for field teams
  • Conduct regular site audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments
  • Lead corrective actions for safety, quality, or compliance issues


Financial & Operational Performance



  • Own operational performance related to project execution, including:
  • Labor productivity and utilization
  • Job cost control and margin performance
  • Change management and documentation discipline
  • Accurate billing inputs and timely project closeout
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, WIP management, and regional planning


Process Improvement & Scalability



  • Implement and maintain standardized operational processes across the region
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution quality
  • Support adoption of ERP, project management, and field tools
  • Scale operational capacity to support enterprise growth and regional expansion


CrossFunctional Collaboration (Including Service Interface)



  • Partner with Sales on estimating handoff, execution planning, and enterprise pursuits
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure constructible and standardized designs
  • Interface closely with Pavion's Service Delivery team to ensure:
  • Clean project turnover and documentation
  • Alignment on customer standards and expectations
  • Smooth transition from installation to ongoing service and support
  • Coordinate with national Pavion teams on multiregion enterprise accounts


Basic Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of experience in lowvoltage, integrated security, or related systems
  • 3-5+ years in an operations, project, or regional leadership role
  • Proven experience supporting mediumtolarge enterprise customers
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise access control, VMS, and integrated security systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, costs, risk, and customer expectations


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience within a national or multiregional systems integrator
  • Experience within the data center vertical
  • PMP, CSPM, NICET, or manufacturer certifications (LenelS2, Genetec, Avigilon, AMAG, etc.)
  • Experience supporting enterprise and government customers
