Position Summary Reporting to the Manager of Business Systems, the Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in supporting enterprise systems and business processes across MCC's operations. This role focuses on system analysis, ERP implementations, data integrity, configuration, and end-user training. Acting as a liaison between business users and IT, the Analyst ensures systems are configured effectively, processes operate efficiently, and users have the tools and knowledge needed for success.
