Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Business Systems, the Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a key strategic partner in optimizing enterprise systems and business processes across MCC's global operations. This role leads complex system analysis, ERP implementations, data governance initiatives, and process improvement projects. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, the Senior Analyst ensures technology solutions align with organizational goals, drive operational excellence, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Systems Leadership: Drive end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of business systems to support evolving enterprise needs and long-term growth objectives.
- ERP Deployment Expertise: Lead ERP implementations for new MCC facilities, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices.
- Advanced Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define complex requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and influence system architecture decisions.
- Process Optimization: Utilize advanced data and process analysis techniques to identify systemic inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance productivity and scalability.
- Configuration & Governance: Configure, maintain, and govern assigned business systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Training & Change Management: Develop and deliver advanced training programs, user documentation, and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple high-impact projects, balancing scope, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Data Migration & Reporting: Oversee complex data migration efforts and design advanced reporting solutions; proficiency in SQL or similar tools strongly preferred.
- Technical Liaison: Serve as a senior-level liaison between business units and IT development teams for custom solutions, integrations, and automation initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices in system administration, user support, and process improvement to maintain MCC's competitive edge.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive IT experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment; Radius ERP experience highly desirable.
- Proven track record in leading system implementations, business process reengineering, and data analysis initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft technologies, database concepts, and familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) preferred.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (estimated 4-8 weeks annually).
- Multilingual proficiency (English required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus).
