About us
Your Contribution
  • Responsible for overall training administration
  • Ensure the accuracy of the site training matrices
  • Maintain and sustain site training records via c-Pro Training Module [or otherwise]; be the site subject matter expert regarding c-Pro
  • Identify training deficiencies and work with management to bridge skills gaps as required for job effectiveness
  • Maintain an active role in new hire orientation and build rapport with site employees
  • Help create competency checks to ensure full knowledge transfer; continuously improve training concepts and delivery
  • Coordinate with management to develop and execute training strategies; work to align training topics to satisfy training deliverables
  • Communicate and implement training content and schedules
  • Confirm training content is accurate by conferring with functional experts
  • Maintain document confidentiality, where/when applicable
  • Work with management team to ensure training documentation is finalized
  • Update training content according to new technologies and revisions to functional processes
  • Perform periodic audits on training documentation and identify potential gaps to be addressed
  • Ensure all required annual training, recertification or retraining is completed for the site
  • Maintain regular training reviews with department managers
  • Help with site HR engagement activities, when/where applicable
  • Help site HR with projects and tasks, as they relate to training, or otherwise
  • Ensure adherence to Company policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support safety/EHS directives and maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Follow cGMP and adhere to all ISO and safety guidelines and policies
Your Profile
  • High School Diploma and/or GED, required
  • Minimum 5-years of relevant training and/or leadership experience in a fast-paced technical, manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency using MS Office
  • Experience in facilitating/presenting knowledge, ideas, concepts and plans
  • Ability to engage and motivate employees
  • Training Within Industry (TWI) JR/JI certified instructor, preferred
  • Ability to create, implement and execute training plans
  • Ability to read, write and speak English language
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Detail oriented approach
  • Upbeat, team approach; service oriented mindset
  • Well organized
  • Robust communication skills and openness to lead/help others
  • 0% - 5% travel, as required
