Job Summary The Manager of Value-Based Care (VBC) Analytics leads a team to analyze healthcare data, identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvement within VBC programs, and develop strategic insights for stakeholders. Key responsibilities include performance analysis of VBC models, financial modeling, developing actionable insights from large datasets, presenting findings to internal and external partners, managing a team of analysts, and acting as a subject matter expert on VBC initiatives.
Essential Functions

Leads, creates and delivers presentations of complex analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and external provider partners. Develops and manages a portfolio of strategic dashboard sand key performance indicator reports. Leads, develops, delivers medical and financial cost/utilization data to identify trends, operational opportunities and quality gaps within VBC programs. Develops and maintains financial models to monitor and predict performance. Partners with cross-functional teams (finance, quality, care management, post-acute, network and clinical teams) to support VBC strategy and performance. Oversees the execution of analytics projects from inception to completion. Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire/termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility and disciplinary authority. Job will be considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health or affiliate and will have two or more direct reports.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, Mathematics or Business-related degree with an emphasis on quantitative analysis Experience - Five (5) years of Financial, Informatics, Quantitative and Statistical analysis experience
In Lieu Of
In lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above, the following combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered an equivalent substitution: MBA, MHA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Analysis, Medical Informatics, Accounting, Mathematics and business-related field and three (3) years of experience involving financial analysis or statistics.

Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, database, data entry) Analytical and problem-solving skills Expertise in healthcare data, including claims, clinical, and financial data. Knowledge of value-based care models and economic drivers. Communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
