POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for leading Safety & Health compliance across multiple warehouse locations, with a strong emphasis on onsite auditing, Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) safety programs, and fieldbased compliance execution. This role identifies, evaluates, and manages safety that present unacceptable risk related to personal injury, accidents, property damage, and regulatory penalties. The position serves as a primary contact for Safety & Health related matters, partnering directly with operations leaders to conduct audits, verify compliance, and drive corrective actions across a multisite operating environment.
This role will travel up to 75% and is eligible for our mileage reimbursement program. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The annual base salary for this position starts at a minimum of $85,000. U.S. Venture's compensation range is specific to location and takes into account a wide rangeoffactorsthat are considered including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstancesofeachcase.Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base annual salary only, and do not include bonus or incentives, if applicable. In addition to base compensation, U.S. Venture offers a competitive benefits package.
