We are seeking to fill multiple Team Lead positions. Schedules available:

• Day Shift | 6 AM - 6 PM
• Night Shift | 6 PM - 6 AM

Pay: $15.50/hr.

Responsibilities: Managing general production of temporary staff during shift to include attendance, shuffling as necessary, involvement in project area set up, on hands general training in safety, quality and production, and communication with Team Leads on staffing and any concerns. Working on the production line to include running packaging equipment, assisting with changeovers, ensuring CILs and centerlines are being maintained, analyzing the team dynamics, providing feedback both positive and constructive to grow the employees.

Qualified candidates will have experience training and leading a team, basic computer skills.
