What Gets You in the Door

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills, includingMicrosoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn training systems and industry requirements

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous office, administrative, or clerical experience
• Exposure to training coordination or recordkeeping
• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Familiarity with scheduling or data entry

What You'll Do

• Assist with scheduling training classes and coordinating calendars
• Maintain training records, files, and spreadsheets
• Prepare and distribute training certificates and completion documentation
• Track employee training and certification expiration dates
• Enter training data into Microsoft Excel and internal systems
• Prepare attendance sheets and basic training reports
• Communicate training schedules and reminders to employees
• Assist trainers with administrative and clerical support
• Perform general office and administrative duties as needed
