Advantage Technical is hiring for a high-impact engineering position supporting R&D and Manufacturing Process Engineering, with a strong emphasis on system test verification, automation, and quality. Monday-Friday \| $59.50/hour (DOE) This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working across software, firmware, and systems-partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and high-quality products. Medical Device experience is a strong advantage and will place candidates at the top of consideration. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, debug, modify, and test software systems and applications Perform system-level test verification and validation using modern software engineering practices Analyze and verify requirements for software and system functionality Develop and maintain automated test solutions using Python Document development and testing activities per established procedures and quality standards Track development and testing efforts using approved tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar) Research and evaluate software designs, tools, and operating systems Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams Ensure all work complies with quality systems and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering 2-4 years of experience with a BS, or 1-2 years with an MS 4-5 years of experience in systems test verification Strong Python expertise Experience with GitHub and/or Bitbucket Medical Device industry experience strongly preferred Highlights Competitive pay at $59.50/hour, based on experience Monday-Friday schedule Work on advanced systems in a regulated, quality-driven environment Advantage Technical Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401k options.
