Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay: $18 per hour

Schedule: (5 AM - 1:30 PM | Tuesday - Saturday) (2 PM - 10:30 PM | Monday - Friday)

Key Duties:

• Processing/preparing daily postal paperwork and dispatching drivers
• Monitoring daily mail deliveries and recording delivery dates and times
• Monitoring daily customer pickups, contacting vendors for status and update
• Dispatching outbound line hauls, preparing bill of lading paperwork
• Working in our finance and billing system
• Filing and other duties

Requirements:

• Clerk experience preferred
• Basic administrative knowledge and intermediate Office Suite skills, Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook
• Telephone and email etiquette
• Professionalism will be working with drivers and vendors
