This temp-to-hire position is your chance to get your foot in the door and grow into a Logistics Coordinator role. Position Details:

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour, paid weekly

Schedule: 3.5 days on / 3.5 days off, typically 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM (must be flexible with shift start time)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Lifting Requirement: Up to 35 lbs.

Dress Code: Business casual

You'll Do:

• Coordinate communication between customers, drivers, and leadership during assigned shifts
• Verify driver paperwork and close out completed loads
• Review and manage backhaul reports, routing any missed opportunities
• Build and manage load boards; schedule shuttle moves and pallet deliveries
• Confirm PTO requests and monitor driver call-offs
• Ensure accuracy of routes, stop types, and delivery information
• Assist with planning salvage and backhauls
• Maintain detailed records and support logistics operations as needed

What You'll Need:

• Strong multitasking and communication skills in a fast-paced setting
• Working knowledge of transportation and routing logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with load planning tools is a plus
