The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating logistics, warehouse, fleet, and production operations to ensure seamless execution of business objectives. This role focuses on optimizing processes, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence across multiple domains.

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and planning teams.

• Supervise warehouse teams to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Oversee fleet operations including vehicle maintenance, routing, and driver performance.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle tracking systems, and DOT compliance.
• Develop strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Coordinate production schedules with demand planning and inventory needs.
• Ensure quality control standards are met across production lines.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

• Develop an understanding of company's responsibilities for maintaining the facility and the landlord's responsibilities
• Work with internal and external parties to facilitate repairs and maintenance as needed

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Lead, train, and develop operational staff across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 5-10 years' experience preferred specifically in DC facilities
• Strong understanding of ERP, WMS, and fleet management systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience with multi-site operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory standards
