As a Security Officer - Unarmed Bank Patrol in ORLANDO, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, interacting with visitors and staff, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents or concerns at the location.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and verify identification as required by site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents and daily activities thoroughly in reports according to Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
