Manufacturing Technician - Advanced Materials

Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Employment Type: Temp-to-perm, full-time

What You'll Do

• Prepare, maintain, clean, and reseal tools according to established procedures
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard manufacturing processes
• Inspect finished products visually to ensure conformance to specifications
• Perform rework and repairs on products that do not meet quality standards
• Accurately complete production records, logs, and reports
• Maintain strict awareness of FOD and tool control requirements
• Apply 5S principles to support organization, efficiency, and safety
• Participate in internal training and continuous improvement activities
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned

What You Bring

• U.S. Person status required due to export control regulations
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience; composite experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and organizational skills
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Willingness to work around moving machinery, noise, heat, and industrial environments
