Location: Fontana, CA

Pay: $23 - $30 per hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule: 6 AM - 4:30 PM (Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday)

Key Duties:

• Organize and manage parts inventory using a computerized fleet management system
• Track inventory levels, preventative maintenance schedules, and completed repairs
• Process purchase orders and prepare estimates for parts and repair labor
• Order parts and supplies daily and coordinate with vendors via phone and email
• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, expediting orders as needed
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely availability of parts
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• 1 year of general office experience or equivalent training
• 1 year of clerical, inventory control, or maintenance-related experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing in and out of inventory trailers
• Flexibility to work across shop functions within a 65-mile radius of the job site
• Previous experience in a maintenance, trucking, or logistics environment
• At least 1 year of experience using fleet maintenance software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
