Staffmark is hiring a dedicated Training Coordinator in Atlanta, GA to support daily operations and help keep the wheels of a fast-paced, production-driven facility turning smoothly. Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday | Start between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM

Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Employment Type: Temporary position

What You'll Be Doing



  • Observe and follow all company rules and regulations.
  • Performs all job duties in full compliance with all Safety policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain GMP's and excellent housekeeping practices throughout the shift.
  • Coordinate safety training to meet Kroger compliance and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
  • Ensure all OSHA compliance training is completed and records are maintained each year.
  • Perform New Hire Orientation and Safety Training for all full-time, seasonal, and temporary associates.
  • Schedule and coordinate training for plant associates.
  • Reporting and tracking of all training and compliance for the site.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for operations, maintenance, administrative, and security positions.
  • Maintain knowledge verifications and skills assessments to determine the associate's level of understanding ofessential procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain and track all training records, including safety, reliability, and training goals, and employees'performance information.
  • Assist the Safety Coordinator as needed.
  • Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe, quality foods that meet regulatory andcompany requirements.
  • Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF 2000 Systems.

What You'll Need to Succeed



  • At least 1 year of administrative experience (non-entry level)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Highly Proficient/Advanced in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and knowledge of Access.
  • Strong administration, planning, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact and work with all levels of the organization.
  • Some knowledge of OSHA.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and edit documents such as safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak in front of small & large groups.
  • Knowledgeable of adult learning techniques.
  • Flexible to work any shift as needed.
  • Safety, quality, and reliability role model.
  • Takes initiative and is self-directed.
  • PowerBI reporting
