Description You're driven, resourceful, and above all else - remarkably smart. The Media Supervisor, Search is a role within the Performance Media Team responsible for helping to develop, execute and report on media programs, focused primarily on search. As the Media Supervisor, Search this person will focus their efforts specifically around search campaigns but must have a working knowledge of other media programs to better understand the role that search plays within the larger media landscape. This position is actively involved in the development of search planning and strategy with a focus on ensuring flawless execution and reporting that aligns with campaign goals and objectives. This position ensures the accuracy of execution while delivering effective search programs that align and accomplish our client's goals and objectives. This position plays an important role in helping to shape our processes for QA, execution and reporting, having extensive knowledge and experience with the ability to identify inefficiencies and improve our workflow. They will also play an integral role in developing relevant training programs and processes to ensure we create an environment of sharing and learning across all departments, teams and offices.
A big piece of the post-execution role will be ensuring we have reporting excellence and optimize our campaign regularly to ensure we meet our goals and objectives. This role will closely manage the launch and reporting process, ensuring paid media specialists and analytics FTEs align reporting and optimization recommendations back to original goals and objectives.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
