Responsibilities
HealthLinkNow is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. This is a full-time, remote position working Monday-Friday. HealthLinkNow (HLN) is an integrated network of psychiatrists and licensed mental health providers who care for patients via telehealth. HLN provides support to individuals and facilities experiencing challenges in accessing care. This flexible solution to healthcare is designed to help individuals in need, assist healthcare systems with meeting the immediate needs of their patients and aid in the long-term goals of health centers, clinics and healthcare providers. Essential Job Duties:
- Provides local and national recruiting and talent acquisition efforts to build out a teletherapist and telepsychiatrist network for HealthLinkNow
- Develops recruitment strategies and action plans to efficiently close open positions. Sources candidates via, networking and cold calling, specialty internet job boards, advertisements, referrals, recruitment list/directories, trade and professional associations, career fairs - virtually and in person.
- Provides full-cycle recruitment efforts: sourcing, phone screenings and in-person interviews, candidate and hiring manager logistics, initiates and monitors background and drug screens
- Conducts candidate referencing and credentialing.
- Prepares salary offer recommendations, and closing of viable leads
- Facilitates candidate relocation packages if applicable
- Represents the company on-campus at job fairs, interview days, information sessions and other related events.
- Compiles national data and reports on performance indicating key metrics such as number of hires, cost per hire, days to fill, vacancy rates and turnover.
- Serves as liaison with all temporary/consulting agencies.
- Responds to field inquiries in regard to recruitment questions they may have.
- Assists with Recruitment projects and metric reporting.
- Collaborates with team members regarding process improvement and candidate referrals
- Assist with special recruitment projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience required. Experience within a corporate setting, healthcare sector recruitment experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting professional and technical candidates
- Ability to be creative with sourcing candidates and closing quality candidates
- Must have experience negotiating candidate offers and facilitating candidate transactions i.e. offer letters, relocation agreements, benefit plans etc.
