About the role:

This role isprimarily to support change management executionforacquisition and integration(A&I)projects. Within Boston Scientific,the integration of newlyacquiredcompanies is a key strategy for our company. Each of theseacquisitionsrequire varying levels ofchangesupport. This is an opportunity to grow in the change management space, while moving at a fast pace and supporting critical initiatives forthe BSC organization.

The Change Enablement Specialist will report to Sr. Manager of Change Enablement within theGlobalChange Enablement team.The Change Enablement Specialist will be supported by a Change Enablement Principal Specialist dedicated to this area, while also collaborating with the greater Global ChangeEnablementteam.This global team is dedicated tobuildingenterprise change capability by providing a common language (Prosci) and best practices, upskilling key roles, and delivering change strategies for major enterprise programs.

This role willbe responsible forthedrivingthechange strategy forvarious integrations. This includes executing on the change planand completing activities such assponsor onboarding, upskilling peoplepeopleleaders,capturingand disposition change impacts, stakeholder management, end-user change journey activities,change network mobilization,and SharePoint administration.

Work Mode

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Arden Hills, MN office at least 3 days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Execute change journey activities in partnership with change network leads in the business in delivering quality change events and materials for each change phase leading up to deployment.
  • Complete key change activities (i.e.capture changes coming,validatechanges, map changes to roles,identifyend-users) in partnershipwithintegrationteam members
  • Create and communicate updated personas aligned to eachmilestonefor end-user groups with highest amount and complexity of changes coming
  • Create and support program communications for team, team, broader stakeholder community, and executive level. Communications should follow the next gen communication approach and are integrated into Microsoft O365 suite of tools including SharePoint Sites, News app, and more.
  • Support SharePoint site. SharePoint administration activities include stakeholder list management, end-user list management, creating News posts/sites as needed, and/or reviewing site analytics.
  • Consistently measure change and communication effectiveness through multiple forms of measurement (i.e.focus groups, surveys, analytics)
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues toappropriate staff.

Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, I/O Psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum ofthreeyears of related work experience in change management, communications, or related field
  • Important strengthsinclude resilience, communication, leading with empathy,collaborative
  • Excellent Communication - strong attention to detail, creative writing, presentations
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (e.g. PPT, Excel, and SharePoint)
  • Ability to adapt & flex in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity



Preferred qualifications:



  • Experience working on a transformationprojectimplementing Change Management and Communications tactics
  • Experience working globally andcomfortwith cultural diversity.
  • Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) certification and/or PROSCI Certification
  • Master's degree in I/O Psychology, Communication, or related field
  • Five years+ of related work experience with change tools such stakeholder's analysis, change impact mapping, persona creation, change measures, and the value of their outputs

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
