QA Manufacturing Consultant

QA Manufacturing Consultant needed w/Bach's deg or foreign equiv in Chemical Engg or Chemistry or Mfg Engg & 1 yr exp as QA Mfg Consultant or Jr. QA Mfg Consultant performing following job duties: Review batch mfg/packing records & draft minor, major & critical deviation reports for all depts. Conduct self-inspection/internal audits to evaluate the cGMP compliance. Perform Safety Walkthroughs to identify potential hazards, promote safety culture & assess compliance in the mfg area. Perform root cause analysis & resolution of mfg discrepancies using Six Sigma methodologies. Dvlp & execute a comprehensive quality assurance prgm to comply w/ cGMP & FDA regulations. Perform Quality KPI metric trend analysis for Audits, Deviation & CAPA reports. Review CMO process validation executed protocols & approve commissioning & qualification docs. Job Locations: Tampa, FL or unanticipated client sites w/in the U.S. Must be available to travel & relocate to unanticipated client sites for temporary projects. Frequency of travel will be 50% to client sites w/in the U.S for temporary projects based upon project length. Benefits: Health Insurance & PTO.
