Recommend lubricant selections, application methods, and contamination control strategies to improve equipment reliability and MTBR.
Support implementation of automated lubrication systems, oil filtration, and purification solutions.
Promote and support value-added services, including oil analysis programs, lubrication training, and contamination control initiatives.
Assist in converting applications from competitor products to company lubricant portfolio.
Maintain accurate lubrication surveys and equipment documentation, identifying performance gaps and expansion opportunities.
Collect, analyze, and report reliability and lubrication data using company reliability software and reporting tools.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including MTBR, lubricant usage, service adoption, and site-level revenue growth.
Deliver technical training and presentations to customer maintenance and operations personnel.
Support Management of Change (MOC) processes related to lubrication systems and practices.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Regional Engineers to support customer programs and business development objectives.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors through written and verbal reports.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to perform hands-on work in industrial environments.
Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site 2-4 days per week.

Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen).
Participation in engineering clubs, capstone projects, or reliability-focused coursework.
Interest in customer-facing roles, sales support, or account management.
Certifications such as Noria Machine Lubrication Technician (MLT) Level I (or willingness to obtain).
