Jackson Therapy Partners is hiring an Account Manager Associate to support our expanding Perm Division. This is an ideal role for someone eager to launch or grow a career in Account Management. You'll gain hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and full desk exposure while supporting our Account Managers across multiple divisions.

You'll assist with submittals, client communication, vendor coordination, and key administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly. You'll also step in to fully cover accounts when needed, giving you the kind of real-world account management experience that accelerates long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Upload submittals, candidate profiles, and compliance documents in client portals & internal systems.

• Partner with account managers and credentialing to ensure assignments start on time and meet client requirements.

• Communicate with clients on onboarding items and follow-up needs.

• Post and update job listings as directed.

• Serve as backup for Account Managers-managing submittals, offers, and client communication during their absence.

• Support vendor onboarding: agreements, compliance docs, and sub-vendor candidate submissions.

• Hands-on exposure to full-cycle account management.

• High visibility with leadership, including direct partnership with the VP of the Perm Division.

• Skill-building in client communication, vendor management, and cross-team collaboration.

• A launchpad for growth within our Account Management and Perm teams.

• 1+ year of professional experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and comfort learning new systems.

• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.

• Eligibility to meet E-Verify requirements.
