What You Will Do:

GFT is seeking Regional Office Operations Managers to join our Office Operations team in the West, Central, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions of the country.

The GFT Strategic Services team, which includes Human Resources, Legal, Accounting & Finance, Office Operations, IT Services and Marketing & Communications, are essential for managing and supporting the company's global operations.Strategic Services is part of a broader strategy to transform the business and improve efficiency. What you'll be challenged to do:

As a Regional Office Operations Manager, you will oversee the office operations across a portfolio of offices within a defined geographic region. This role manages, leads and supports Senior Office Administrative Managers and Office Administrative Managers, ensuring consistent operational standards, resource planning, and performance across locations. You will collaborate closely with the Office Operations Manager to execute corporate wide strategies, programs, and process improvements.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between senior leadership and regional offices.
  • Manage a regional team of office administrative staff.
  • Support hiring, training, and development of office operations personnel in the region.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of office operations standards, policies, and compliance across the region.
  • Assist in the strategic planning and scaling of office operations in support of company growth.
  • Oversee regional budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Approve vendor invoices which exceed office administrative staff authorization.
  • Conduct office visits to ensure office conditions, staff support, and leadership alignment.
  • Lead crisis management and issue resolution at the regional level.
  • Lead team to provide high quality, effective support to office staff.
  • Serve as Office Administrative Manager where needed.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Education | Experience:
What you will bring to our firm:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 10-15+ years of progressive experience in office operations or facilities management, including multi-site leadership.
  • Management, supervisory and leadership experience.
  • Skilled ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage complex operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Vision to identify, analyze, communicate, and implement process improvements.
  • Experience supporting national initiatives and contributing to enterprise-wide strategies.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced ability to exercise sound judgement and professional discretion,
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite/O365 applications.

Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location
