2nd Shift Diesel Mechanic - Haltom City, TX 1pm start time

Join Waste Connections as a Diesel Mechanic and keep our fleet running strong! We're hiring experienced techs to perform maintenance and repairs on garbage trucks-covering everything from hydraulics and electrical to engine systems. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety.

What You'll Do:
* Perform preventative maintenance & inspections
* Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues
* Handle on-road breakdowns and emergency calls
* Keep shop clean, organized, and safe
* Accurately document all work performed

Requirements:
* 3+ years of diesel or heavy truck experience
* Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
* ASE cert and CDL (A or B) a strong plus
* Reliable, hard-working, and safety-minded
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
